• the 2258-SD Country by Country declaration [CbCR - Country by Country Reporting],
• the 2257-SD transfer pricing policy declaration

The NET DECLARATION Declarative Portal, an EDI partner since 2006, approved by the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques [General Directorate of Public Finance] - Administration publique centrale française [French Central Public Administration], allows you to securely and electronically transmit the 2258-SD and 2257-SD declarations to the DGFIP.

Free specialised telephone support is also available, therefore providing you with a single contact person for your remote transmission.

Deposit timetable:

- the 2258-SD Country by Country declaration [CbCR - Country by Country Reporting]
For the companies concerned, this declaration must be filed electronically within 12 months following the year-end closing of the Group for fiscal years beginning 1 January 2016.
Important: Information and explanations in the declaration must be in English.

- the 2257-SD transfer pricing policy declaration
For the companies concerned, this declaration must be filed electronically within 6 months following the filing of the statement of results with the DGFIP


How do I join NET DECLARATION?

Membership to the NET DECLARATION portal is made directly online.

-Click on [Adhérer en ligne]
-Complete the four steps of the form to create your account by selecting "International" membership
-To sign the contract electronically click on "Signer le bulletin d'adhésion "
-To choose the service that will allow you to declare, click on "Services" then "Souscrire un nouveau service "
-Select the service from the list of choices.
To submit the 2258 SD CbcR declaration online: In the "Formulaire en ligne " column, select the E-2258 service
To submit the 2257 SD Country by Country declaration online: In the "Formulaire en ligne " column, select the E-2257 service
-Your invoice is available in the "Factures " tab
-You can pay by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), Bank transfer, French chèque or direct debit.
